FAQ's - DELIVERY
How can I track my order?

If you have an email address registered with us we will send confirmation that your items have been despatched. 
Our customer services will also hold this information and you can call them on

I'm sending the item as a gift - where will the invoice be sent?

We always send the invoice to the cardholders address, so even if you send some or all of the items in your order as a gift, the invoice will always be send directly to you.

I'm buying the item as a gift - can the recipient return or exchange the product?

We hope that the recipient will be delighted with your gift, However if for any reason they are not entirely satisfied, or wish to swap the item, as long as the product is returned within 14 days of deilvery, and is in its original condition, a replacement product may be issued.  If a replacement is out of stock at this time, we will contact the cardholder to offer a refund;  however, these can only be made to the cardholder.


Do you deliver to P.O Boxes?

Sorry, because a signature is needed to confirm delivery, we are unable to deliver to P. O. Boxes.

What is the standard delivery time?

Depending on stock availability, we aim to deliver standard orders within the UK within 5-7 days.  Orders Outside of the UK may take up to 2-3 weeks.  Because our items are rich in hand-crafted decoration there may be a waiting period of up to 8 weeks.   The current stock-level status will be clearly marked before checkout begins.

Import Duty

We deduct the VAT from all eligible products sent outside the EU, including to the Isle of Man and to the Channel Islands.

Depending on the size and value of the order customers outside the EU may be charged locally for import duties and taxes. Usually customers are asked to pay these charges on delivery of their order. Katy Potts cannot be held responsible for these charges.
