Can I cancel the item before it arrives?


Yes, if you wish to cancel your order before it has arrived you can call our Customer Services Team on
++ 44 (0) 20 3432 6540 who will stop the order and arrange for a refund to be made.

If I change my mind, how long do I have to return the item?

Customers have up to 14 days to return their order. Providing the item is received in the condition in which it was sent out, a full refund will be issued .
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.


What if the item arrives damaged or faulty?

Any item that arrives damaged or fautly will be immediately refunded or a replacement issued. All you need to do is send us an image showing the damaged item along with your order details.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note. Refunds can only be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including sales taxes for all EU country shipments excluding shipping charges. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European Community (EU).
